We run a wide range of early careers schemes – including work experience, apprenticeships, T Level placements, degree apprenticeships, year in industry, and graduate schemes. We typically advertise these roles on an annual basis in line with the academic calendar. Questions about Drax Does Drax work with recruitment agencies? Do you offer hybrid or flexible working options? Do you offer part time roles? Do you offer sponsorship? Do you offer non-permanent opportunities? Yes, we do. Whilst our preference is that our internal recruitment team works to fill our vacancies, we do recognise the value that recruitment agencies can add. We’ve put together a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of great recruiters, all of who have been vetted and approved and have agreed to specific commercial terms of business and processes to follow.
