We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to join a fast-paced environment on an initial 6–9 month contract engagement.

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a critical period of increased delivery demand, focused on building and managing integrations across Fusion and Salesforce platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a small internal integration team, coordinating workload priorities, and managing vendor engagement while remaining technically involved in solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support two internal integration resources

• Build, oversee, and manage integration delivery across Fusion and Salesforce

• Work hands-on with integration technologies and troubleshooting

• Manage and prioritise workloads during a high-demand delivery phase

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with third-party vendors and stakeholders

• Ensure integration projects are delivered to agreed timelines and standards

• Provide strong technical leadership and team direction

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft integration technologies

• Experience with Fortra GoAnywhere MFT

• Proven background leading or managing small technical teams

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment

• Strong communication skills and resilient personality

• Experience working across enterprise integration programmes

Contract Details

• Initial 6–9 month engagement

• Immediate start preferred

• Candidates must be available at short notice

• Long notice period candidates are unlikely to be considered
