The role:
Lead and support a small technical team while staying hands-on
Oversee maintenance, repairs and day-to-day workshop activity
Plan and prioritise work to keep things moving efficiently
Ensure high-quality standards and safe working practices
Provide guidance and solve more complex technical issues
About you:
Proven experience in a hands-on technical or workshop environment
Confident working across a range of mechanical or technical tasks
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead
Organised, practical and able to manage changing priorities
Positive, team-focused and quality-driven
Awareness of health and safety in a workshop or technical environment
