Only candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted. Initial interviews are planned for July.Please note that we follow a hybrid model with a requirement for regular in-office syncs to foster team collaboration.<h2>Preferred Skills & Qualifications </h2><ul><li>at least 6-8 years of commercial programming experience (including min. 3 years in backend development in Java/Kotlin)</li><li>very good working knowledge and deep understanding of Java/Kotlin</li><li>experience with Spring Boot framework</li><li>knowledge about global payment solutions</li><li>experience with databases, in particular MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redshift</li><li>familiarity with Google Cloud or other Cloud providers e.g. AWS/Azure</li><li>experience with AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation, and helping teammates in resolving common technical issues</li><li>ability to work independently and also in the team</li><li>very good level of English (both written and spoken)</li><li>very good level of Polish (we work in an international environment, but within the company, we communicate in Polish) </li></ul><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul><li>any practical experience with other programming languages, ex.
