We are currently recruiting for a client of ours who is in need of a Fire Door Surveyor for projects based in across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fire door inspections and surveys in line with current UK regulations and industry standards
- Assess fire door condition, installation, and overall compliance accurately
- Identify defects and recommend appropriate remedial actions
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Stay up to date with fire safety legislation and industry best practices
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard
Requirements / Experience:
- Proven experience in fire door inspections or passive fire protection
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Blue CSCS card in Carpentry & Joinery or Fire Stopping
- Inspection certification preferred (FIRAS, BM TRADA, or FDA)
