Primary Care Physician (Outpatient, Full-Time/Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care emphasizing prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including behavioral health, dental, vision, and wellness providers—to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document all clinical interactions accurately using eClinicalWorks (eCW) Electronic Medical Records system.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Successful completion of an approved residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Active California Medical License and DEA certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $232,960 – $290,000 annually.
