Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage and coordinate vehicles and a team of drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Oversee logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of transportation processes. Develop strategic plans to optimise route planning and improve overall operational efficiency. Monitor and maintain compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of operations. Analyse and report on transport performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Address any driver-related issues, providing support and guidance to ensure high morale and productivity. Qualifications: Strong understanding of transportation management systems Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the transport industry.
