About the Role

<p>Are you a driven, well-presented and experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a market leading independent brand within their vibrant, busy office just outside of Nottingham.  </p> <p>Our client is a market-leading local estate agent with a successful branch operating in the Nottinghamshire area. </p> <p><strong>As Sales Negotiator What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <ul> <li>A basic of up to £26,000 for the right person with a fabulous, demonstrable OTE of £40,000 (average yearly comms of 15k per annum)</li> <li>Company pension scheme</li> <li>Company pool car</li> <li>Loads of team socials and office treats! </li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day customer enquiries, delivering a high standard of service at all times</li> <li>Arrange and coordinate property viewings using the company’s systems</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and database entries</li> <li>Conduct accompanied viewings, identifying and understanding applicants’ needs</li> <li>Proactively encourage second viewings and progress offers where appropriate</li> <li>Record and communicate viewing feedback to vendors in a timely manner</li> <li>Negotiate and generate offers, progressing them through to sale agreed</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation throughout the sales process</li> <li>Generate new business by booking valuation appointments and identifying opportunities</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties</li> <li>Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to support smooth transaction progression</li> <li>Maintain high standards of administrative processes and company records</li> <li>Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to exceed customer expectations</li> <li>Operate efficiently within company procedures, budgets, and policies</li> <li>Represent and promote the company’s values and brand in all interactions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For from a Sales Negotiator:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in sales or property is a plus</li> <li>Strong communication &amp; people skills – build lasting relationships!</li> <li>A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Solid IT skills &amp; attention to detail</li> <li>A well-presented and professional approach</li> <li>Punctuality &amp; great organisational skills</li> </ul> <p>If you&#8217;re ready to be part of a respected, growing brand, I would love to hear from you! </p> <p>Magnus James Property Recruitment is a specialist recruiter for the property industry and covers the following areas, New Homes, Residential Lettings, Estate Agents, Property Management and Block ManagementBottom of Form</p>
