We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume sales recruiting efforts and support broader talent acquisition strategies, processes, and workforce planning initiatives. This role is responsible for developing short- and long-term recruiting plans, improving sourcing strategies, supporting recruitment marketing efforts, managing recruiting channels, and helping build scalable hiring processes for a fast-paced sales organization.
The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting for high-volume sales roles and has successfully managed recruiting teams in a performance-driven hiring environment. This individual will partner closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs, improve pipeline activity, track recruiting performance, and ensure hiring goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead short-term and long-term high-volume sales recruiting initiatives in partnership with business leaders and HR teams.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching, performance oversight, and accountability around hiring activity.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to support workforce planning and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiation.
- Drive recruiting activity across the full pipeline, including sourcing, inbound candidate flow, phone screens, interviews, offers, declines, and hires.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, team productivity, hiring outcomes, and pipeline conversion rates to identify gaps and improve results.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on recruitment performance, team effectiveness, hiring trends, and market conditions.
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategy, candidate pipeline health, market challenges, and process improvements.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified active and passive candidates.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, job posting optimization, job board usage, and other candidate attraction channels.
- Research workforce trends, talent pools, and market conditions in targeted locations to support hiring strategy.
- Prepare for high-volume hiring periods by developing scalable recruiting processes and aligning team capacity.
- Support active sourcing and screening during peak hiring periods when needed.
- Help create a results-oriented recruiting culture focused on accountability, urgency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Travel as needed to support talent acquisition efforts in new or expanding markets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for high-volume sales roles required.
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting leadership or team management experience.
- Experience managing recruiting activity in a metrics-driven, high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, candidate management, and hiring processes.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and/or HR systems.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership, HR teams, and hiring managers.
- Ability to coach and hold recruiting teams accountable while maintaining a collaborative and professional leadership style.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high hiring targets, shifting priorities, and urgent business needs.
- Must be within commutable distance to one of the designated office locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience recruiting within mortgage, lending, financial services, banking, insurance, staffing, or another high-volume sales environment.
- Experience supporting national recruiting campaigns, market expansion, or large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Strong background in passive candidate sourcing, recruitment marketing, and pipeline development.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
