This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and highly organised bids professional to take ownership of high-value submissions while helping to shape the firm's long-term work-winning strategy.

Working closely with senior leadership and the Head of Bids, you will manage the full bid lifecycle, leading the delivery of compelling, high-quality proposals that support the business in securing prestigious projects across a diverse range of sectors. Alongside managing your own portfolio of bids, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring the wider bids team, driving continuous improvements to processes, systems and best practice.

  • Managing the end-to-end bid process from opportunity through to submission.
  • Producing engaging, high-quality bid documents using Adobe InDesign and ensuring consistency across all submissions.
  • Developing bid content, coordinating technical input and preparing presentation materials.
  • Maintaining bid libraries, project case studies, CVs and supporting documentation.
  • Monitoring bid performance, analysing win/loss outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve success rates.
  • Supporting business development initiatives by tracking opportunities and implementing effective work-winning strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and providing leadership to the bids team through workload management and mentoring.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience managing the full bid process, ideally within architecture, construction, engineering or the built environment.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a bids team.
  • Excellent Adobe InDesign, bid writing and editing skills.
  • A strong understanding of procurement processes, frameworks and tender portals.
  • Outstanding organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Benefits:
  • Flexible and hybrid working
  • Life assurance
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Company day out
  • Sabbatical leave
  • Learning and Development opportunities
Location: London Bridge

Working Arrangement: Flexible and hybrid working (2 days WFH)
