CNC / Wire EDM OperatorWeekend Shift | Temp to HirePay|$20 to $25 per hour depending on experienceSchedule| Weekend Shift: 5:AM-5:30 PM| Fri, Sat, Sunday. (Work 36 hours- get paid for 40 ) We are seeking a skilled CNC / Wire EDM Operator to join our precision manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that values quality, reliability, and long term employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machining or Wire EDM equipment and be able to independently set up and operate machines while producing high quality precision parts. ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Wire EDM and CNC machinesLoad materials, fixtures, and toolingRead and interpret blueprints and work instructionsMake machine offsets and basic adjustments as neededMonitor machine performance and maintain production qualityInspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and pinsMaintain tight tolerances and quality standardsPerform routine tool changes and machine maintenance as requiredFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualificationsPrevious CNC Machining or Wire EDM experienceExperience performing machine set ups independentlyAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience using precision measuring toolsUnderstanding of tight tolerance machiningAbility to make machine offsets and adjustmentsStable manufacturing work historyStrong attention to detail and qualityPreferred ExperienceWire EDMWEDMEDM OperatorCNC MachinistTool and DiePrecision MachiningBlueprint ReadingG Code knowledgeMachine Set UpOffsetsTool ChangesInspection EquipmentTight TolerancesExperience with any of the following equipment is a plusMakinoMitsubishiSodickFanucIndustries That Translate WellAerospaceAutomotiveTool and DieMold ShopsPrecision ManufacturingMedical Device ManufacturingWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for dependable candidates with solid machining experience who can work independently, produce quality parts, and contribute to a positive team environment.
