Fitness Specialist

Sirius Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Fitness Specialists to support a fitness center at a local Manufacturing site in Pascagoula. This role will provide wellness center supervision, interact with members and program participants, monitor equipment and participant safety, supports delivery of health and fitness programs and services to the employee population. *Full-time and Part-time positions available   Part-time schedule - Up to 20 hours a week, must have the ability to work flexible hours, including early morning hours and late afternoons/evening hours.  example: 4:30a-9:00a or 3:00p-8:00p Pay: $20/hr  Full-time schedule:   Mon - Fri. Working 5/8’s (gym opens at 4 a.m. and closes at 7:30 p.m.)  *This is a contract Position through Sirius Staffing at a large Manufacturing site  Key Responsibilities: Interact with members and program participants to ensure a safe, positive fitness environment Monitor equipment usage and participant safety May lead and instruct individual and group fitness classes, including freestyle formats and spinning Design and implement customized fitness programs based on individual needs and job-specific conditioning Conduct fitness assessments and wellness consultations Support health and fitness initiatives for the employee population Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to members Qualifications: Health and Fitness industry certifications are highly preferred  Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required 0–2 years of related fitness instruction experience High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related field preferred Group exercise instruction experiences are strongly preferred Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
