This includes building relationships with key stakeholders, communication and education initiatives, and overseeing programs and policies to align with HR strategy and business goals.</p><h4>Essential Functions of the Role</h4><ul><li>Serve as manager on key strategic initiatives, daily administration, or projects. Manage plans, deliverables, and key milestones supporting the organization's mission, vision, and values. Serve as a subject matter expert for functional area programs and processes.</li><li>Builds internal and external relationships. Coordinates, collaborates and partners with and guides efforts cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.</li><li>Develops reports to support functional area strategic initiatives and processes.</li><li>Manages, monitors and reviews budget expenses to include all administration fees and claims.</li><li>Manages RFP processes with outside vendors and serves as a primary point of contact on vendor management issues.</li><li>Monitors and provides oversight of contracts, working with Legal, as needed.</li><li>Guides functional area; drives and manages the process for annual programs.</li><li>Manages mergers and acquisition efforts including integration of programs.</li><li>Manages the development of HRIS integration efforts for functional area.</li><li>Oversees the communication of annual plans, partnering with Marketing and outside vendors, as needed.</li><li>Assists leadership in designing programs strategically through data analysis and evaluation. Identifies cost containment opportunities from a budget perspective. Supports the organization’s enterprise goals.</li></ul><h4>Key Success Factors</h4><ul><li>Knowledge of business foundations, including strategy, finance, operations, product and project management.</li><li>Proven track record of people, projects and process management.</li><li>Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.
