We’re working with a fantastic specialist school in Lichfield supporting children and young people aged 7 to 17 with Learning Difficulties and Dyslexia. They’re looking for a full-time Science Teacher to join their team from September, right at the beginning of the new school year.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering creative, accessible lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Supporting pupils with Learning Difficulties and Dyslexia to build confidence and independence
• Working closely with a supportive SEN team and experienced leadership staff
• Creating a calm, encouraging classroom where pupils feel safe to learn and ask questions

What the school is looking for:

• UK QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
• Experience in SEND is helpful, but not essential for the right person
