ECTs and Experienced Teachers Welcome
Looking for a teaching role where relationships matter just as much as results?
We’re working with a fantastic specialist school in Lichfield supporting children and young people aged 7 to 17 with Learning Difficulties and Dyslexia. They’re looking for a full-time Science Teacher to join their team from September, right at the beginning of the new school year.
This is the kind of school where small wins are celebrated properly. Confidence grows day by day, pupils are genuinely supported to thrive, and staff work closely together to create calm, engaging learning environments.
Whether you’re an ECT ready for your first classroom or an experienced teacher looking for something more meaningful and rewarding, this school would love to hear from you.

Why this role stands out:
This school understands that no two learners are the same. Staff are given the time, support and resources to teach in a way that works for their pupils, not just tick boxes.
You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming team where wellbeing matters, ideas are shared, and every day brings the chance to make a genuine difference.
The school is keen to secure the right teacher ASAP and hopes to appoint before June, so early applications are strongly encouraged to avoid missing out.
