About the role:

Justteachers are delighted to be working with a welcoming and well resourced Primary school in Warwick, who are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team on a full time maternity cover basis, from September through to December

This school prides itself on delivering a high-quality Early Years provision, where children are supported through a balance of structured teaching and exploratory learning. The EYFS setting is well organised, with a strong focus on communication, early development, and creating a safe, engaging start to school life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a comprehensive EYFS curriculum through both play-based and adult-led learning
• Support children’s development in language, social skills, and early numeracy
• Lead structured phonics sessions to support early reading development
• Create a stimulating and well-organised learning environment indoors and outdoors
• Observe and assess progress using EYFS assessment frameworks

Pre-requisites

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Proven EYFS teaching experience
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years development
