If you're comfortable rolling your sleeves up, influencing senior stakeholders and driving delivery, this one's for you.What You'll Be DoingOwning and driving end‑to‑end project delivery within a cyber security organisationCreating, managing and delivering project plans, milestones and outcomesReporting progress, risks and dependencies to senior stakeholdersSupporting service delivery against KPIs, SLAs and operational targetsDriving ITIL best practice, including Service Operations, CSI and Problem ManagementEnsuring data quality through asset and configuration managementLeading service reviews (DSR, WSR, MSR, Operations Reviews)Acting as a Business Analyst, owning and managing the requirements catalogueWorking closely with Transition Managers to ensure successful deliveryProviding assurance through audits, SIPs and self‑certificationTravel to Barrow‑in‑Furness will be requiredWhat We're Looking ForEssentialProven Project Management experience within Cyber SecurityExperience working in complex, enterprise‑scale organisationsComfortable operating in high‑pressure, critical delivery environmentsStrong background in service operations, transition or transformation projectsKey SkillsConfident, robust leadership styleExcellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong influencing and decision‑making capabilityAble to operate "hands‑on" as part of a small, delivery‑focused teamQualificationsFormal Project Management qualification preferred (PRINCE2, APM, PMP etc.)Equivalent on‑the‑job experience fully recognised
