<strong>Business Administrator – Parts Support Team</strong><br><strong>Salford Priors (Office Based)</strong><br><strong>Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm</strong><br><strong>£28,000 – £30,000</strong><br><br>We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join a leading global organisation based in Salford Priors. The business is a recognised manufacturer of specialist agricultural, grounds maintenance, and vegetation management equipment, supplying customers across industries including agriculture, highways, local authorities, airports, and environmental services worldwide.<br><br>This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing business within their Parts Support team. The role is heavily focused on customer communication, coordination, and progress chasing, making it ideal for somebody who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.<br><br>The successful candidate will work closely with dealerships and internal departments to track parts, manage queries, and provide regular updates, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Acting as a key point of contact for dealerships regarding parts enquiries</li><ul><li>Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently</li><li>Progress chasing parts orders and providing timely updates to customers and dealers</li><li>Coordinating with internal teams to track orders and resolve issues</li><li>Managing and updating information across internal systems</li><li>Handling enquiries of a challenging nature and working proactively to find solutions</li><li>Monitoring outstanding orders and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process</li><li>Supporting the wider parts team with administrative and coordination duties</li><li>Building strong working relationships with dealerships and internal stakeholders</li><li>Assisting with shipping, export, and dispatch-related administration where required</li></ul></ul><strong>About You</strong><br><ul><li>Previous administration, customer service, or coordination experience</li><ul><li>Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders over the phone and via email</li><li>Comfortable handling challenging conversations and resolving issues professionally</li><li>Highly organised with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach</li><li>Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems</li><li>Experience within shipping, export, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain environments would be advantageous but is not essential</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team</li></ul></ul>This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service while keeping processes moving efficiently.
