<p data-start="874" data-end="1300">As CTO, you will be the technology leader and architect of our future. You will own our product development roadmap, technology infrastructure, and engineering culture. This role demands a blend of <strong data-start="1072" data-end="1092">strategic vision</strong>, <strong data-start="1094" data-end="1116">scaling experience</strong>, and <strong data-start="1122" data-end="1145">hands-on leadership</strong>. You’ll work closely with the CEO, CPO, and wider leadership team to ensure our platform stays ahead of market demands and sets new industry benchmarks.</p>
