We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Operations Support Associate to join a leading Build to Rent development in West London. This is an exciting and fast-paced role supporting both the Resident Services and Leasing teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our residential operations while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You will work across multiple Build to Rent developments, gaining exposure to different areas of the business while supporting a range of teams. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospective customers at all times.
- Support the Resident Manager in collating data for weekly and monthly operational reports required by the Operations Manager.
- Work closely with the Resident Manager to identify cost and time efficiencies, contributing to the delivery of P&L targets.
- Assist with pre-move-in administration and resident onboarding processes.
- Manage resident enquiries and requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and escalating where necessary.
- Conduct property tours and support the leasing team with enquiries and lead follow-ups.
- Assist in organising and delivering resident events and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the company, demonstrating company values in every interaction.

- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, property, or leasing is beneficial but not essential.
