Job Description

• Support delivery of MI and Business Intelligence initiatives across operational and technology functions.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive data quality improvements and promote data governance best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain reporting processes, controls, and management information outputs.
• Support CLM-related analysis and operational process improvements.
• Produce data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance reporting and data solutions.
• Investigate data issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Take ownership of key workstreams and contribute to the growth of the team.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven Business Analyst experience within MI or Business Intelligence projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent data manipulation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with CLM platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
