  • Regional Medical Center
  • Approximately 50 Beds
  • Level III Trauma Center
  • 5 ICU Beds
  • 4 OR Suites + GI Suite
  • Collaborative 2 MD / 6 CRNA Model
  • EMR: Meditech + Medaxion Pulse
  • Established surgical services program
  • Serving Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and Northeast Wisconsin

Main OR Coverage

  • Weekday and Weekend Day Shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 8-Hour Shifts
  • Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Weekend 24-Hour Call Coverage
  • Flexible ongoing scheduling potential

CRNAs will support a broad mix of surgical specialties including:

  • Active Michigan License preferred
  • NBCRNA Certified
  • ACLS, BLS Required
