<p>This is a hands-on, mechanically biased installation role focused on second-fix projects including patient handling equipment such as hoists, beds and bathing systems. You’ll work closely with project managers and site teams, ensuring high-quality, safe installations in care homes and NHS settings. The role involves travel, with a mix of working away and local projects.</p>
<p>The company is an established specialist with over 30 years’ experience supporting healthcare providers across the UK. They are known for delivering reliable installation and service solutions, working with leading manufacturers, and maintaining a strong reputation within their niche market.</p>
</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven installation experience in patient handling equipment of similar (e.g. HVAC, electrical or similar)</li>
<li>Based within 1hr of Bristol</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and stay away when required average of 2/3 nights away per week</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and safety awareness</li>
<li>Full right to work (without sponsorship) + full driving license</li>
<li>Professional, compassionate approach when working with end users</li>
<li>CSCS card desirable (training provided if needed)</li>

<p><strong>Package:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>£32,000 – £35,000 basic (OTE £42,500+)</li>
<li>Overtime paid at 1.5x</li>
<li>No weekend work or on call</li>
<li>Overnight allowance + regular earning potential</li>
<li>Company van (personal use available)</li>
<li>23 days holiday (rising to 25)</li>
<li>Structured training and development</li>
