About the Role
Are you the person who finds zen in a perfectly organized spreadsheet? Do you love the "mechanics" of digital marketing-ensuring the right asset gets to the right platform at the exact right time?
Our internal creative agency is looking for a Digital Content Planner with a laser-focus on execution and distribution. This isn't a design role; it's a high-energy, "boots-on-the-ground" position where you will manage the trafficking, QA, and handoff of digital campaigns. You'll get the fast-paced energy of an agency with the stability and scale of a major corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
You will partner with Digital Strategists and creative teams to ensure every piece of content-from social posts to digital banners-is launched flawlessly.
Execution Mastery: Lead content distribution across websites, social (organic/paid), online video, and retail assets.
Traffic Management: Own the social content calendars, website update requests, and paid media traffic sheets.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA reviews on all creative assets, ensuring they meet exact specifications before handing them off to external vendors and media agencies.
Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the vital link between project managers, media agencies, and analytics teams to ensure deadlines are met and data is captured.
Reporting: Collaborate with the analytics team to pull data and insights for owned digital properties.
Qualifications:
3+ Years of Professional Experience: At least 1 year must be specifically dedicated to digital campaign activations (Web, Social, Video, and Display).
Traffic & Asset Management Expertise: Proven success managing complex traffic sheets and QAing creative assets for external vendors.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel/SharePoint) and Google Analytics.
Bonus points for experience with Sprinklr, Workfront, or Meta Business Manager.
The "Execution" Mindset: You are detail-oriented to a fault, agile enough to handle shifting priorities, and a clear, proactive communicator.
