Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) | AWS/Azure/GCP | Terraform | CI/CD | IAM
We’re supporting a consultancy client hiring an experienced SRE for a 6‑month contract, paying up to £520/day (Outside IR35).
Remote-first with occasional Canary Wharf visits. Immediate start.
Key Skills
- Strong SRE / Platform Engineering background
- Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD & automation
- SLO / SLI / observability
- Strong IAM experience:
- Least privilege access design
- IAM roles, policies & identity architecture
- Short-lived credentials (SSO, OIDC)
- Governance / policy-as-code
Role Focus
- Embed SRE principles (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets)
- Improve system reliability, scalability & performance
- Build IaC, pipelines & reusable platform patterns
- Drive IAM best practices, security & governance
- Enhance incident response, monitoring & resilience
