<p class="isSelectedEnd">HIU Engineer – Social Housing<br />London<br />£42,000 – £48,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are currently working on behalf of a leading contractor within the social housing sector who are looking to recruit an experienced HIU Engineer to join their growing team across London.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience working on Heat Interface Units, communal heating systems, and occupied social housing properties.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The successful candidate will be carrying out servicing, fault finding, repairs, and replacements of HIUs within domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Key Duties:</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">* Service, repair, and maintain HIU systems<br />* Diagnose faults on communal heating and hot water systems<br />* Carry out reactive maintenance and planned works<br />* Work within occupied social housing properties<br />* Complete job reports and compliance paperwork<br />* Deliver excellent customer service at all times</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Requirements:<br />* Previous HIU experience essential<br />* Strong plumbing/heating background<br />* Experience within social housing preferred<br />* Good fault-finding ability<br />* Full UK driving licence<br />* Relevant qualifications advantageous</p>
