Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and control equipment to support safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, motors, and control systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using meters, schematics, and blueprints
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, ladder logic, and PLC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
• Work with variable frequency drives (VFDs), motors, encoders, and hydraulic systems
• Replace PLC components and assist with basic PLC troubleshooting
• Run conduit and size wiring for electrical projects
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) and Arc Flash safety standards
• Maintain and repair 480V three-phase electrical systems and motor starters
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance issues and repairs

• Associate degree in Industrial Electricity or related field may be considered in place of some experience

• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
