A well-established Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing property team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to step into a supportive and specialist environment where you will receive hands-on training, real responsibility, and exposure to a varied caseload from day one.The OpportunityYou will join a highly regarded residential property team that advises on a broad range of transactions, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesNew build transactionsRemortgagesTransfers of equityLease extensionsThe team has a particular focus on self-build property work, including self-build purchases and remortgages.
