Job Description
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve faults to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed .
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in an engineering environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
