<p data-start="618" data-end="862">As a <strong data-start="623" data-end="651">Dutch speaking Client Service Associate</strong>, you’ll work daily with existing clients to enhance the quality of service they receive. You’ll gather feedback on their recent experiences, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.</p>

<h3 data-start="1029" data-end="1066"><strong data-start="1033" data-end="1064">Day-to-Day Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p data-start="1067" data-end="1224">In this role, you will work closely with sales colleagues and other key departments to continuously improve client services. Your daily tasks will include:</p>
<ul data-start="1226" data-end="1726">
<li data-start="1067" data-end="1224">Communicating directly with major banks and financial institutions to assist with administrative and operational processes</li>
<li data-start="1067" data-end="1224">Gaining exposure to business operations across various European markets</li>
<li data-start="1067" data-end="1224">Producing reports on the current situation of prospective clients</li>
<li data-start="1067" data-end="1224">Serving as a direct contact or subject matter expert in multiple areas as you take on more responsibility</li>
<li data-start="1067" data-end="1224">Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, who will guide your on-the-job training and professional development</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-start="1728" data-end="1757"><strong data-start="1732" data-end="1755">Your Background, Skills and Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul data-start="1758" data-end="2246">
<li data-start="1728" data-end="1757">Native or bilingual fluency in <strong data-start="1791" data-end="1812">Dutch and English</strong> (fluency in <strong data-start="1825" data-end="1846">Flemish or French</strong> is an advantage but not essential)</li>
<li data-start="1728" data-end="1757"><strong data-start="1886" data-end="1907">University degree</strong> (or equivalent) — ideally in <strong data-start="1937" data-end="1977">Finance, Economics, Business Studies</strong>, or a related field</li>
<li data-start="1728" data-end="1757">Excellent <strong data-start="2012" data-end="2036">communication skills</strong>, both written and verbal</li>
<li data-start="1728" data-end="1757">Strong <strong data-start="2073" data-end="2085">teamwork</strong> and collaboration abilities</li>
<li data-start="1728" data-end="1757">Consistent attention to <strong data-start="2142" data-end="2164">detail and quality</strong></li>

<li data-start="2248" data-end="2275"><strong data-start="2317" data-end="2353">Discretionary performance bonus:</strong> up to £8,000</li>
<li data-start="2248" data-end="2275"><strong data-start="2371" data-end="2388">Annual leave:</strong> 28 days (plus option to purchase up to 3 additional days)</li>
<li data-start="2248" data-end="2275"><strong data-start="2451" data-end="2469">Paid holidays:</strong> up to 11 per year</li>
<li data-start="2248" data-end="2275"><strong data-start="2492" data-end="2519">Enhanced maternity pay:</strong> 26 weeks at full base pay for eligible employees</li>
