As an Equipment Fleet Lead for PCL Construction Resources (USA), Inc. in Denver, Colorado, you will provide day to day support for equipment operations. You will contribute to our team by interacting with internal customers and external suppliers related to equipment ownership.

Here's how an Equipment Fleet Lead for PCL Construction Resources (USA), Inc. contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
Completes ongoing equipment administration function in support of data integrity, equipment and tool transfers, coordination of equipment transfers, accounting activities, and repair/service requirements.
Provides direct equipment and tool support to customers.
Supports best solutions to maximize equipment utilization.
Completes invoices received, ensuring proper cost allocation and payment
Tracks and completes equipment title/Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) transfer and registration and renewal process.
Monitors financial performance and utilization of equipment fleet through monthly report review.
Assists in the coordination of local and cross-border (Canada/US) equipment logistics.
Develops and supports constructive and customer focused working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Performs all functions relating to researching specifications, gathering and analyzing quotes, negotiating costs, and assisting with development of rental rates develop rental rates in support of potential acquisitions to all PCL districts.
Performs functions relating to:
Gathering and analyzing quotes
Researching specifications and obtaining comps
Performing calculations for disposals
Performing calculations in support of acquisitions
Markets and endorses Equipment Operations products and services.
Participates in the annual rental rate review by analyzing trends, life cycles, market rates, financials, internal equipment market valuation and historical data.
Obtain specs and research comps for equipment freight coordination.
Monitor shipments to ensure goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
Ensures that equipment complies with government regulations and HSE requirements.
Creates and issues appropriate purchase documents, expedites orders, and ensure receipt of equipment and accuracy of invoicing.
Chaperone transactions from inception to completion.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Bachelor’s diploma or degree in a related discipline preferred
3+ years of experience working with utility, mechanical, or construction equipment preferred.
Intermediate construction knowledge including awareness of procedures, project life cycles, and construction resources and equipment.
Intermediate understanding of applicable procurementand equipment laws and regulations (FMCSA, OSHA, etc.), procurement best practices and supply chain processes.
Intermediate knowledge of construction tools and equipment used in Solar, Civil, Industrial and Building construction.
Intermediate mechanical and technological aptitude.
Ability to understand and apply basic financial concepts and make recommendations.
Effective negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Intermediate ability to facilitate conflict resolution.
Working experience of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
