About the Role
Recruiter Position Overview: Our client is hiring a Recruiter to be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities Source and engage candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and evaluate candidates effectively Create and post job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate recruitment documentation Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve sourcing strategies Support onboarding by coordinating communication between candidates and internal teams Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and sourcing tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Results-driven with the ability to meet hiring goals
