Location: Lakeville, MA
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Position Overview

The Returns Coordinator is responsible for managing customer returns related to Titleist products. This role ensures that all returns are processed accurately, that documentation is maintained, and that customers receive timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Returns

  
  Verify eligibility, complete return transactions, and issue refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policy.

• Customer Communication

  
  Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns, provide updates, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

• Documentation & Recordkeeping

  
  Maintain accurate and detailed records of all returns, including reasons, timelines, and customer information.

• Follow Established Procedures

  
  Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with all returns-related processes and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage data/records
