Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’écosystème Microsoft Dynamics 365 et souhaitez intervenir au cœur des enjeux opérationnels de nos clients ?

Rejoignez nos équipes en tant que Business Analyst BAMS et contribuez à la performance, la stabilité et l’évolution continue des solutions Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations déjà déployées.

Au sein de notre équipe BizApps Managed Services, vous accompagnez nos clients dans la durée pour maximiser la valeur de leur ERP.

En tant que Business Analyst, vous intervenez sur des environnements en production et jouez un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue des solutions :

• Analyser et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels en garantissant un haut niveau de qualité de service
• Comprendre les besoins d’évolution exprimés par les utilisateurs et proposer des solutions adaptées
• Accompagner les clients dans l’optimisation de l’utilisation de leur ERP
• Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration continue et contribuer à la feuille de route fonctionnelle
• Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et assurer la bonne compréhension avec les équipes techniques
• Participer à la validation des évolutions via la définition et l’exécution des tests
• Accompagner le changement auprès des utilisateurs (formation, support, adoption)
• Contribuer au suivi de l’activité et au pilotage de la performance du service

Qualifications

À propos de vous

Pour réussir dans ce rôle :

• Expérience sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Bonne compréhension d’un ou plusieurs domaines métiers : Finance, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing ou Project Accounting
• Expérience en environnement support applicatif, TMA ou managed services
• Capacité à évoluer dans des contextes multi-clients et internationaux
• Esprit analytique et capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes
• Aisance relationnelle et sens du service
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
