Property Manager
Derby
Monday – Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm,
one in three Saturdays 9.00am – 12.00pm.
Competitive salary (£25.5k – £27k) – dependant upon experience.

This role is crucial to our clients success. As a Property Manager, you play a pivotal role in delivering seamless property management services, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks and fostering strong relationships with landlords and tenants. You are responsible for maintaining high occupancy levels, ensuring properties and compliant with current legislation, managing maintenance efficiently and upholding the agency’s reputation for excellence.
Key Accountabilities
Tenancy & Compliance Management: Ensure all properties meet legal and regulatory requirements, including health & safety, licensing and compliance with the Renters Rights Act.
Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly, cost‑effectively and with strong tenant satisfaction.
Landlord & Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, providing clear communication, support and expert guidance.
Efficiency & Risk Mitigation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce financial or compliance risks.
Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes fairly and professionally, ensuring legislative compliance and maintaining positive relationships.
Responsible For:
Managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are delivered professionally and with care.
Liaising with contractors and suppliers to secure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
Supporting the wider property management team in meeting departmental goals and KPIs.
Staying up to date with evolving property legislation and ensuring best practice is consistently followed.
