The Opportunity
We're recruiting a Branch Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new office for one of Suffolk's fastest-growing independent estate agencies.
This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up - your team, your market, your success - backed by an established and well-respected brand.
What You'll Do
Lead the full launch and development of the Stowmarket branch
Drive valuations, instructions and revenue growth
Build, manage and mentor your own team
Grow local market share and brand presence
Deliver branch targets and maintain compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Valuer
Strong track record of winning instructions
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Local market knowledge (Stowmarket/surrounding areas a bonus)
Commercial, hands-on management style
