A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a highly regarded prestige main dealer based in Tonbridge. This is an excellent chance for a driven and customer-focused individual to become part of a professional, high-performing service team, representing a premium brand and delivering a first-class customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Act as the main point of contact for customers within the service department
• Manage bookings, job cards, and customer updates throughout the service process
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in line with a prestige brand
• Upsell additional work and services where appropriate
• Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

 

Requirements

 

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
• Full clean UK driving license
• Smart and professional appearance
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

 

Salary and Benefits

 

• Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
• OTE: £35,000 – £36,000
• Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (30-minute break), Saturdays: 1 in 2, 08:00 – 13:00
• Manufacturer and in-house training provided
• Company pension scheme
• Car scheme eligibility
