About the Role

<p>Anderson Knight is partnering with a client to appoint an experienced Interim Business Change / Project Management specialist to lead high-impact transformation initiatives.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who thrives on improving how a business operates — bringing structure, clarity, and measurable results.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity to step into a visible, influential role where you can make a real impact quickly. The role will be on site for 3/5 Months on an Interim Basis</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Driving business change across asset compliance, performance, and customer service</li> <li>Reviewing and improving processes to deliver more efficient, commercially effective outcomes</li> <li>Working closely with senior stakeholders to identify solutions and remove barriers</li> <li>Playing a key role in business development through strong relationship building</li> <li>Acting as a trusted voice within the leadership team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in business change and project delivery at a senior level</li> <li>Strong process improvement mindset</li> <li>Confident stakeholder engagement across all levels</li> <li>Ability to turn complex challenges into practical, deliverable solutions</li> <li>Evaluate and report on operational performance by ensuring key data and metrics are captured and analysed as required.</li> <li>Develop and implement a technical oversight regime that ensures that fit for purpose high quality business assets are adopted and subsequence owned and managed.</li> <li>Proactively identify and mitigate areas of risk and/or inefficiency.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and manage business capability supporting operation and maintenance including but not limited to identifying and securing the right commercial arrangements, resources, systems, technical and operational standards, and procedures.</li> <li>Work with others across the Group to ensure that all customer groups interest are captured and managed throughout the asset adoption and asset management lifecycle.</li> <li>Inspire, motivate, manage, and oversee team members to drive actions forward</li> <li>Communicate all objectives clearly throughout the business organisations and ensure all team members involved are demonstrably competent to carry out their roles in accordance with group and prevailing industry standards.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements, including ensuring regulatory reporting obligations are met and submitted in a timely manner</li> </ul>
