About the Role
Critical Enterprise Savings Project Manager â Target Profile
Objective:
Lead and accelerate enterprise-wide cost savings and margin improvement initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders within a compressed 6-month engagement.

Enterprise Cost Savings & Margin Management
Demonstrated ownership of large-scale cost reduction and gross margin expansion initiatives.
Strong understanding of:
Cost structure decomposition (COGS, OPEX, overhead allocation)
Price-volume-mix impacts
Contribution margin and gross margin levers
Cost-to-serve analysis
Ability to connect operational savings initiatives directly to P&L impact.
Experience partnering with Finance to validate, track, and report realized savings.
Skilled at identifying margin leakage and implementing corrective action.
Supply Chain / Operations Acumen
Hands-on experience in one or more core supply chain functions (sourcing, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, planning).
Deep understanding of value chain cost drivers.
Exposure to supplier negotiations, network optimization, or operational efficiency programs preferred.
Project & Program Leadership
Led cross-functional cost transformation programs with measurable financial outcomes.
Experienced in:
Savings pipeline development
Financial validation and benefit realization tracking
Governance cadence and executive reporting
Risk mitigation and issue escalation
Ability to ramp quickly and build credibility in a short engagement window.
Background Requirements
Preferred: ~10+ years across Project Management, Finance, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Cost Transformation roles.
Open to: High-impact candidates with 5+ years of directly relevant experience in enterprise savings and margin improvement programs.
Prior exposure to enterprise-scale, multi-functional savings initiatives strongly preferred.
Compensation: $70/hour
