We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in Bedfordshire to join their busy and already successful sales team. The Company: An established & leading Bedfordshire estate agency is now seeking a confident, career driven, and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their busy team. Having been operating for a number of years, our client has established themselves within the Bedfordshire area and surrounding locations. Key responsibilities of Sales Negotiator: Hit or exceed agreed income targets Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants Updating vendors Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions Be competent in sales progression Requirements: This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating You must be passionate about property Driven, dynamic and hungry The ability to hit the ground running Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
