• Day shift — 7 days on, 7 days off beginning Tuesday mornings
• Hours: 7 am – 5 pm, no call required
• Avg. 5 – 6 patients seen per day
• Inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Neuro or poly trauma diagnoses — determining inpatient rehab eligibility
