The Senior ISSO provides cybersecurity support for federal systems, leads risk management and security posture workstreams, supports incident response, maintains proficiency in security tools, and offers analysis and recommendations for government decisions.

• Perform senior ISSO duties for assigned information systems.
• Support consistent execution of ISSO activities across assigned systems.
• Lead assigned Risk Management Framework and authorization-support workstreams.
• Lead assigned continuous monitoring and security posture management workstreams.
• Lead assigned vulnerability management and POA&M workstreams.
• Lead assigned audit, assessment, and compliance-support workstreams.
• Support security documentation and artifact management.
• Support security impact analysis and change coordination.
• Support incident response coordination.
• Maintain proficiency in authoritative tools, including: CSAM, ServiceNow, Splunk, Vulnerability-scanning platforms.
• Coordinate with the Lead ISSO and applicable Government-designated cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Provide analysis, documentation, coordination, validation, and recommendations to support Government decision-making.
• Maintain continuity of ISSO operations and assume Lead ISSO responsibilities when required.

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must be eligible for and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Tier 4 High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
• Must possess and maintain the qualifications, certifications, experience, and clearance eligibility proposed and approved at contract award.
• Must be capable of performing senior-level ISSO responsibilities for assigned systems.
• Must be qualified to assume Lead ISSO duties during scheduled or unscheduled absences.
• Must maintain proficiency with CSAM, ServiceNow, Splunk, and applicable vulnerability-scanning platforms.
• Must meet all applicable suitability, personnel-security, training, and access requirements.
