About the Role
Complete an 8-week shadow program where you will rotate through each of the business units of your selected track, spending time with leadership from each unit, exposed to the day-to-day for all aspects of work. At the completion of this 8-week program, you may have the opportunity to apply for a position within the organization.
How to qualify:
Enrolled in an accredited school and entering senior year in fall 2026.
3.0 GPA
Healthcare administration, other qualifying degrees, or related degree
Application/interview
Two (2) references from instructors
Resume with a completed application.
