Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a specialist provision in Croydon for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join their Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP).
This role supports students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and significant cognition and learning needs. You will deliver a highly personalised, flexible curriculum designed to ensure all learners can access education, make progress, and achieve their potential.
Students will access a blended learning approach, including mainstream lessons alongside targeted intervention and small-group teaching within the ELP setting.
A key focus of the role is building strong, trusting relationships that support engagement, confidence, and positive learning outcomes.
