</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.</li>
<li>Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards and client specifications.</li>
<li>Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.</li>
<li>Follow cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing cleaning duties.</li>
<li>Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li>
