<p><strong>Site Manager – North West London </strong></p>
<p><strong>Planned Maintenance – Social Housing</strong></p>
<p><strong>Up to £55,000 plus package </strong></p>

<p>Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Projects that are being delivered will be internal and external plan maintenance projects to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around North West London .</p>
<p> </p>
<p>On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives</p>
<p>Lead the site team to the best of your ability</p>
<p>Manage delivery of works to specification</p>
<p>Have several direct reports to manage including RLO’s and office staff</p>
<p>Pre & post inspections of works</p>
<p>Health & safety & quality checks</p>
<p> </p>
<p>My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and a valid UK drivers license are required. </p>
<p> </p>
