About the Role
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards
Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process
Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies
Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns in real time
Verify correct labeling, packaging, and product specifications
Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions
Assist with audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement efforts
Help ensure products are properly prepared for storage and shipment
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspection, or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer and documentation skills for tracking quality data
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Solid math and reading skills for measurements, counts, and reporting
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout a 12-hour shift
