About the Role

This role has 3 direct reports. (Two Finance Team and One IT Team member, plus Health & Safety Delegates).
Duties:
Direct & control the Finance team & IT team, ensure they are competent, motivated & developed to carry out their duties to the required standard.
Ensure th
