Retained Search and Selection Services
Often referred to as Headhunting Recruitment or Executive Search and Selection, Retained Search and Selection is usually reserved for business critical hires or niche assignments where the candidate pool is likely to be vastly reduced or difficult to attract.
With Contingency Recruitment, a fixed percentage fee is agreed for each placement before commencement, which is payable on the successful candidate’s start date.
With Retained Search and Selection, a percentage of the agreed fee is paid up-front, with the remainder payable upon the successful completion of the assignment.If the assignment if not completed, the payment is refunded in full.
