<h2>Position Overview</h2>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can effectively manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have experience managing luxury custom home projects and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage luxury residential construction projects from inception through completion.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that could impact cost, quality, or schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and client expectations.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site visits and project meetings.</li>
<li>Manage project documentation, reporting, and change orders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners throughout the construction process.</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</li>

<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Candidates without a degree must demonstrate significant experience managing projects for luxury custom home builders.</li>
<li>Proven project management experience in residential construction.</li>
<li>Experience managing high-end or custom luxury home projects is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of:

<li>Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.</li>
