Sales Support Specialist

Location: Onsite
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $26.44 –$31.25 per hour BOE

ROLE IMPACT

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play an essential role in helping the sales team identify new opportunities, prepare for customer meetings, and maintain accurate prospect information. Your organization and attention to detail will help drive business growth across multiple markets while supporting leadership with critical sales initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare professional sales programs, presentations, and support materials
• Pull prospect and customer data from internal databases
• Generate customized territory and sales reports for leadership and field representatives
• Track maintenance contract renewal dates to identify upcoming bid opportunities
• Create automated correspondence requesting contract information from prospective customers
• Provide day-to-day support for sales representatives across Dallas, Tulsa, Denver, and future expansion markets
• Assist leadership with sales initiatives, reporting, and administrative projects

REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVE’S

• Must have 2+ years’ experience supporting sales teams or business development efforts

• Must have 2+ years’ experience providing administrative support to Sales Teams

• Must have 2+ years’ experience creating business development and analytic reports
• Familiarity with Claude AI
• Basic knowledge of Lovable AI
• Interest in technology and process improvement
